For vendors/concessionaires/exhibitors and parade units, coverage is provided for the duration of the fair including set-up and tear-down. For facility renters, coverage is provided for the dates of the renter’s event, including set-up and tear-down. All Users must be reported in advance.
Prior to binding we need a completed Agency Agreement and Agency Information Form. Be sure to include the additional items noted in the Agency Information Form and email your appointment request to ipsubmissions@impactprograms.com.
